1. Raise my standards
Decide to tolerate no less.
2. Change my limiting beliefs
Decide to stop beleiving that i can't.
Believe that i can and i will meet my higher standards.
3. Change my strategy
Find a role model, someone already getting the results and follow their footstep.
Don't reinvent the wheel.
Lots of people know what to do, but few actually do what they know.
Take actions.
Today, i decided to quit smoking. Truely quit.
Will not smoking for lame excuses anymore.
Will not do it in the name of socializing.
Will not smoking when i'm stress.
Will not use it to channel my frustrations.
I'm 30 and my lung will not take it anymore.
