Malaysia adopting flexible working hours as well as the flexibility to
work from home, have company start imposing time tracking and rigid
working hours.
With the technology that we currently have like mobile phone, im on
the phone, round the clock e-mail access though mobile phone; even
office e-mail, we are force to work where ever we are. We are carrying
the work load.
It cannot be like the old time anymore. Where we can left all the load
when we are out from the office door. We compromise the quality family
time as well as the time for ourself.
Being me, kind of comply instead of complaint, i just try to comply
and looking at the positive side of it. Maybe there something good
about it that i'm not capable to see.
