Realizing your obstacles especially thats in your mind.
When you feel down, feeling low, lost your motivation to do things that you usually have passion doing. When your mind perform at the lowest level, when you feel that most of the things go against you. And you seem like lost your life's direction, the goals that you should strive to achieve. Procrastination have become your best friend when its always be your biggest enemy before. Its a sign that you are under stress. You stress with some aspect of your life and its affect all other aspects of your life. The first step is to realize that you have problem. Then you need to identify the root cause of the problem.
Revisit you life's goals. If you feel that you are carried away from the track, have a serious thought about it again. Be crystal clear about it again. Put it back in your mind again and let it reflect in every action that you do in your daily life.
Regain the control of your life.
Take control of your life. Don't let it control you.
Wake up and change.
Be positive, be energetic, be happy, be professional, have positive impact to ourself and others. Get involve with some social activity. I don't know how, but its have positive impact on our emotional stability.
Strive to overcome your weakness.
Identify it and destroy it. Slowly eliminate your bad habit, useless activities and thing that didn't bring value added to your life. Always add your knowledge and skills.
Finally, keep doing positive things.
