I went to a bank today doing some banking transaction. Looking at their efficiency, remind me to the bank in my hometown back to my school days. What was there during that time that already improved nowaday is the queue system. In the old time, we have to queue in front of the counter. Sometimes the queue is so long until it went to the outside of the premise. Thank to the system improvement where now we only comfortably sit down and wait for our number to be called the the specific counter. The management nowadays also give big attention to customer services. Customer's waiting time, courtesy services and efficient transaction, thanks to stiff competition in the banking industry. And another growing important development, on-line banking. How good to be able to do most of the banking transaction on the net. Banks which have realible on-line banking will have strong competitive advantage.
